Almost afraid to ask this question, but I bought a new karcher wet and dry vac, however it looses suction very quickly and I continually have to un block it. Would this be due to an under powered unit? It has a 1000w motor

Most wet and dry vacs come with a 32-35mm hose, which depending on what you're doing, is generally too small for a workshop and clogs easily.

I have the Titan vac, where I have replaced the hose with a 60mm version. It's much better now with the bigger particles (small shavings), and suction is still fantastic. When I need to use the 32mm nozzle for power tools, I just change the hose around for the original (slightly modified)
