Senco 23 g headless air pin gun

I have a SENCO Finish Pro 10, 23g headless nailer which for some reason all of a sudden won't let me load the 25mm pins, which is the max lenght it can take. I can load and fire all other sized pins in the range but the slide adjustment stops just shy of the 25mm setting meaning that when I close or try to close the magazine the guide does not clear the top of the pins.

I have tried to establish if there is an obstruction or debris in the magazine slide or nail port but nothing seems obvious to me.

Admitting defeat, I thought about contacting the manufacturer for after sales advice or technical support. Does anyone know if SENCO have a customer support section here in the UK. I bought it in the US a couple of years ago.

Thanks fellahs - I emailed to SENCO (US) they sent me a parts list diagrams and a crib sheet with questions to problems and the solutions. I think it may be some hidden obstruction but the problem being, the the nailer is so small, as is the magazine it is difficult to see into the inner workings so it may have to be a case of stripping it down for a closer look. Another job for the "to do list"
