Seals for boarded door with 4 centre arch

Sticking a wide board on both sides and the top is gonna be a lot less noticeable than some icky bitty door stops imho. You could make as big a rebate as you like then,with ease.

If you kept your bottom ledge/rail flush with the bottom you could use something similar to -

You'd need to make sure your board/rail/ledge combination was thick enough to make contact with the rubber.
