Does anyone know where I can obtain flexible rubber covers to keep the dust out of
the router plunge bars as shown on this Hitachi M12V below.

I've tried Hitachis own web page but its far from user friendly.

How about mountain bike spares supplies? Maybe similar size to bicycle shocks?

I think that size will be too large.

Do router come with these fitted as standard now or just some makes?
 
My freud has them,
maybe you could get them as a spare part from a router place.

Hi Tintin,

The Part number for the hitachi 'bellows'/dust cover thingymebobs is 325-207. That is for the new M12V2 router, but should fir the old model fine as well, i think. Just ask your local Hitachi dealer to order a pair for you.
