Router insert Plate

Hi guys I have decided to make my own Router table which i have been assembling parts that i need , my dad has got me this Router insert plate for Christmas !!! all good till I started looking at my router cutters I have 3 which i sent a picture width between 51.3mm to 46.50mm . The hole in the insert is around 40mm ,so i cannot adjust them up through the hole ? any ideas how i can get around this would help a lot thanks

Ian, the router plate you have is intended for small routers, particularly trim routers. These do not use large bits.

look around for something else.....
my router plate has a two piece top with an insert plate....but it's still not quite big enough for the biggest bits I have...
for me I'll make a new ally insert but my to do list never gets any shorter....
all the best down there....

Thanks Derek I have two routers a small Dewalt router which i can use this insert plate ,but my large Router i will get another insert for that !!!
