Record power's excellent after sales service, almost

I recently bought a secondhand BS 350 X through ebay. When i got home to setup the machine i discovered that the rip fence was convex along it's height.

Could've easily solved it with a new shimmed mdf or ply face, but i thought what the heck and contacted Record Power. After another mail with pictures of the culprit they offered to send me a new fence, free of charge. Sadly the new fence is concave along it's height and has a bump along it's length so i'll still need to fit a shimmed face, but still i think it shows good after sales intentions.

Mention this to them as "IF" they have an issue unless they know they can't do anything about it
