Would anyone know the machine screw thread type and size for a made in England (assume manufactured in the 70’s) record 23 engineers vice?

there are two different sizes - machine screw to hold the jaws in place and to fix face plate to vice at turn screw location.

Thanks in advance for your help

Daryl

My guess is 5/16" Whitworth thread for the one on the left. Thats what they use on their woodworking vices but its difficult to get a scale. Whitworth thread though would be my bet.
