Well it did need doing so eventually it got done, it had been leaking for a while and looked like this.



And now after some hard work by me and my lads it looks like this.



This was half time.



We have done some more tidying up but still have to dig out some of the Skunk Cabbage from the baskets and replant them.

We found around 20 newts and 3 frogs this is the biggest one.



I even found my newt called tiny, I call him tiny because he is "my newt"

Cool. The pond I built for my parents about 15 years ago is a hive of activity every year around this time. We've just had the biggest spawn of frogs in the last three or four years following an extremely mild winter. Needless to say, now the tadpoles are free range, the newts are out in squadrens.
 
I seem to have lost 4 fish over the winter one a nice chagoi 14"long :shock: . Whats going in its place Pete?
