Over the last few months I have had a pain in my right ankle on the under the ball of my heel. Went to the doc... then off to x ray... then back to docs..
The upshot is I have a calcified tendon. This is bone growing on the tendon. I was expecting him to say " quick visit to the hospital slice a bit off" ...all done.
Apparently there is nowt they can do.. ever. It hurts lots especially in the mornings. The advice I had was get some very comfortable shoes.
Anyone else out there had this problem ?.
