NVR switch kity 636 p/t

I have a Kity 636 p/t which I am thinking about selling. the start button is hard to push though when it does connect it works fine. the off button is not a problem at all. question is is there something i can adjust to make it work better or does it require a new switch.

The button arrangement is a mechanical device with a spring behind the button. You may find that there is debris inside or underneath. I guess that the first action is a clean up inside and a little WD40 on the sliding parts.
