Am about to re-polish a dresser at home and someone suggested this product. I've not come across this before and wondered if anyone had used it. If so any advice gratefully received!

I use Mylands Light Brown polish all the time but would recommend using it over a sealing surface such as sanding sealer, danish oil or lacquers.

If you apply the wax directly to the bare timber it will look nice initially but dull quite quickly and need regularly re-applying to keep the appearance

Hope this helps

I agree with Roger, I used to use it on antique restorations but always over either shellac sanding sealer or French/button polish.
