Myford MLY electric motor resilient mounts

Hi anyone know where to buy resilient motor mounts? They are on each end of the motor and the motor is mounted with these, being rubber they deteriorate over the 50 years or so and I know someone who needs replacements? Any ideas, I'm told its a 5 minute job -undo the mounting sort of circular thing/clamp with the nut/bolt at the bottom and the mounts pull off and slide on. At the Pulley end it obviously comes off first.
Its for a Metropolitan Vickers 1/2 hp motor (for spares quote D30149-W)
