I thought I should share this experience of Makita service care.
Last week I stupidly kicked the catch of my Makita drill case. This was 100% my fault. A moment of absent mindedness in heavy boots. The drill is over three years old.
I sent an email to Makita and told them what I'd done and asked if I could get a new catch.
Email back from Makita asking for the model number. Sent the number. They asked for my address so they could send me some new catches.
No charge.
Two new catches arrived in this morning's post. Superb service. Well done Makita =D> =D> =D>
