I would suggest you ensure that nut ain't still in there, that could end up being costly, the motors on the Kitty machines are, as far as I know, unique (for want of a better word)
Thanks. I took heed of your warning, got myself back in the workshop this eve and retrieved offending article. Apart from the fact that I lost almost a whole days work today fixing the saw at least I've now got it fully up and running and tuned it up a bit better in the process.
