The brass label on the wooden handle states "Title - Pump Pressurising"
Typical military speak - I suppose you could have added 'Aircraft - for the use of' !!
But then this one only has a Crown Property arrow.

BTW Is it fair to assume that the KISMET type number was "K82A" ??

Is anyone certain about Contract Numbers ? Does 645 refer to a contract as late as June 1945?

I was/am having problems downloading images from Photobucket ( had a lot of problems getting them onto PB from iphone).

Just read on Photobucket site that many others are having exactly the same problems despite PB claiming yesterday to have 'fixed it'.

And I thought it was me.

What sites do you use ? I used to use Flickr. Not sure why I changed.

Just found red rubber hose on fleabay. Long enough to do the subject pump AND the Trolley Compressor - and have some left over.

That pump is a beast, never seen one like that. Whats the purpose of the moisture removal? Obviously it removes moisture but why?

How many stages is it, I have two stirrup pumps by dunlop and H&D (both same design) that I think are 3 stage... though its honestly quite hard to work out! I screwed up restoring the H&D by bending a part... reminds me I need to find a way to fix that.
