That's the funniest joke that has been on here for months, I have always said when someone asks what a Structural Engineer dose "Architects draw pretty pictures, Structural Engineers bring them back to reality and make the building stand up"
You mean nodding off concrete that collapses and cladding that catches fire?
 
Structural engineers don't specify cladding (it's not structural), I think you're mixing them up with architects or even worse accountants 🤭
one would reasonably think so ..but......
cladding does play a structural role, transferring windloads, impact loads, snow loads and it's own self weight back to the structural framework.
That is why guidelines for structural engineers covering this topic were written.
