Identify U/F heating flow reg?

Anybody able to identify this thing? No manufacturer markings and the guy who originally supplied them has gone AWOL. Cannot find anything online.
Don't have it to hand but think the larger thread is 22mm.

Seems like it's a flow setting device. Looking at the page below it seems like each manifold maker has their own devices so perhaps take a look on the manifold for the maker.

Its almost certainly a british standard thread, either 3/4" or 1". I would suspect 3/4"
