Veritas Wonder Dogs and Pups from Axminster

http://www.axminster.co.uk/veritas-veritas-wonder-dogs-and-pups-prod480180/

thanks derek

You want the spacing less than the maximum throw of the wonder dog, I reckon. So if it can move, I dunno, 3", then maybe space you dog holes at 2 1/2" - 2 3/4". You don't want them too close mind, or your bench'll end up like a Swiss cheese. For dog holes for use with a tail vice, the recommendation is around the 3" mark, fwiw.

Hope your finger heals up okay. Nasty. :(
