How to train your dog

I wonder how they trained this dog to do this.?
Wonder if anyone has tried training their dog like this and were do you start, maybe when he is a wee pup.

Well cats can be toilet trained (but don't teach them to flush or they'll do it all the time for fun) so why not dogs
