On September 6th I will become a first time grandfather at the tender age of just 63. Hooray!

Oh, and two weeks ago I became a second time around father of ...........twins. Double Hooray!


I'm off to have an afternoon nap now.

Congratulations. I did the first time grandfather at aged 63 years on the 24 April.

I have no intention of following your other success. Surprised that you have the time to post with twins.

Congratulations - I'll look out for you on the "For Sale" board as you'll almost certainly not have much time to do any woodworking and will also need as much money as you can get.
Even with one 2 year old grandson (and 2 more to come by February), I'm already sruggling to find time - but twins!!

No chance. That will be my escape route. I already tend to work in short bursts of one or two hours so I should be able to occasionally disappear into my workshop.

Good god I'm granddad to 3 and I'm only just 50 :mrgreen:
