Glue dispensers

I have seen, in a number of American box making books, pictures of a glue dispenser being used. It has a concertina type hand pump action with a hypodermic needle. Does anyone know if these are available in the UK?

Once you get used to squeezing it it's quite good.

Got a friendly neighbourhood equinne or bovine vet? Be nice to them....they dispense drugs to these large animals in squeezy bottles JUST like these...even got a needle...not a tenner either.
