Sorry if this has already been asked but my search function doesn't seem to be working!
I've recently built some new shaker kitchen cabinet doors to retro fit into my kitchen and want advice on how to get the best looking professional painted finish.
The rails and styles are built from beech and the panel from ply and mdf. I have access to a spray compressor so that is an option.
Will it require a varnish to produce a durable, semi gloss finish?
