Hi

Just having a google I suspect this not going to be as simple as I'd hoped.

I ve got Chestnut Food Safe Finish here, which actively states on the can it is not suitable for liquids.

Also Rusitings Sanding Sealer Which I now suspect the same....not suitable.

The only other material I have here "Briwax Beeswax".

Any advise, please?

What will I need?

TIA

David

The only product I have used with any success is Chestnuts Melamine enhanced lacquer. I believe Pete (Bodrighy) has done a fair few likewise.

Several coats.

On the ones I use from time to time I just live with the staining where the coating has broken down.
