Festool - Bless 'em

I contacted Festool before Christmas and mentioned that I never got a 4mm cutter when I bought the full set with my domino. Anyway no drama they said they would send me a cutter. So today a parcel arrived from Germany and.........

No cutter but a load of 4mm dominos!

So great that they were willing to sort it but not quite a result!

I've emailed them to let them know.

Festool are great with service, but sometimes tricky to get hold of. Sent my midi Hoover back with a broken top they replaced and retuned it along with a full clean down and pat test and new bag all free of charge. Also wore out one of the centrotec masonry drills and they sent me 3 as a replacement. The picked up my corded drill on Monday which I seized up on some pretty tough concerete.

One of the many reasons they are the power tool maker out there imho.
