Euro cutters by Biven Machinery

Good day. I've noticed that Biven Machinery seem to be selling 40mm euro cutters and limiters much cheaper than anyone else.

Is there any reason they'd be practically half price? Is there lower quality metal involved?

Curious. The packaging looks like it should contain toys for cats or some such, not engineering parts.
The product may be absolutely fine but it doesn't look like a major / w.european brand
It's only a tenner to gamble on getting more than you paid for....
