I have spent most of the last couple of years restoring machines with only small woodworking jobs being done. In the last couple of weeks I have been playing with my machines to convert my loft into a nice space. During this time I have been assessing which machines need better extraction. Everything is pretty good apart from the RAS and the saw bench. At the moment I have a 2hp extractor hooked up to 6" spiral duct. This is the mess after a couple of days.

To improve the amount of air being moved I got this monster of a fan  This is going to be housed outside in lean to that will be sound proofed.

Hi Wallace,,,just a quick tip,,don"t leave any small tools near it,,you might have to go next door to ask for them back !!!
