Does any Inca owner have a minute to measure the rail that the fence sits on? The unequal angle iron part. I've been making do with a piece of ali angle iron with another strip pop riveted on to raise the height of vertical section(the section the fence clamps to)m but I'd dearly like to find some ali or iron unequal angle of the right size.

I can post you a trace out on card if you want

Thanks, that's very helpful, although I hadn't expected the thickness of the two legs to be different! I doubt I'll find anything suitable. I might just find some shim to go between the underside of the table and the rail, as the main problem I have is that the fence part that grabs the rail is a tiny bit proud of the table top.

It also has a rebate In the top section that the fence moves In so definitely a difficult piece to make

The difference in thicknesses isn't really crucial the lip is on average about 13.24mm, the bottom doesn't have to be thinner the thumb turns will accommodate thicker material

Do you have a local engineering firm with a plasma cutter? A few mins work in exchange for a bottle of the tipple of preference.
