Decorative Bowls

Hello all, ive been making a few bowls and now would like to make a few decorative ones . the ones im thinking of are like a wide rim that are then cut with some kind of grinder and burnt with a blow torch and then some kind of paint added

Is there any videos on the internet showing now to do them or can anyone give me some advice please
