Typical ex-military wuss. What's wrong with just shinning up and cutting it down?
I think this one has done the rounds already Dave, I was quite impressed as to how he got the top ladder up.
 
First time I have seen it, came through on a email from a mate.Can't understand why he didn't just drill a hole in the base and stick a stick of jelly and light the fuse.
 
The only danger I can see is he should have put a prop under the bobcat bucket in case the hydraulics fail :twisted: :twisted:
 
Cant see anything wrong with that, in fact a lot better organised then when I cut down an 100 year old Ash last year , lol
