Fascinating watch, but although men may have been men, they were also susceptible to a host of industrial diseases, eg respiratory complaints from not having masks etc.

An ex-railwayman friend of mine recommended this one which is very topical

Snowdrift at Bleath Gill 1955. The film crew were stranded near darlington and so in an opportune position to make the film quite by chance.
