Zoro and CPC are quite good for small stuff - for free P&P Zoro is £25, CPC is £20 + vat. They both carry a vast range so it doesn't take much to get there.

I like Zoro. They have some surprisingly nice stuff there. I bought my first panel saws from them https://www.zoro.co.uk/shop/tools-a...e/traditional-hand-saws/f/5104?query=hand saw. Though mostly it small bits and pieces I buy.

i purchased a nutsert setting tool from them , decent quality . Would that give you for example the correct size hole to drill for an m8 tap or the corresponding hole for a m10 nutsert ..

Zoro are an online only business. They are part of Grainger (USA), who bought Cromwell a few years back.

I bought a load of these Avon brand telescopic storage tubes through zoro after getting a job lot of morse taper drills and reamers on ebay. They were the best value I could find.

It's 10x the price but do you know "The Engineers Black Book" ?

Either, the smaller one is predominantly about fasteners. Buy the larger book if you buy only one - it contains probably everything you ever wanted to know and ten times more.
The charts are very good if you need or can use ten (although for what they cost, throw nine away) -

No, I've not seen that one.

Zoro also sell stuff on eBay, often at a slightly lower price for some items. I bought a deburring tool from them.
