I'd hate to be a business with a BT mail address, who knows how many potential customers can't understand why the company is not responding to their attempts to place orders or make product enquiries.
Frustrating how BT are quite happy to accept my private e-mail address as a point of contact and send billing information and BT home hub advertising flyers to it on a regular basis.
Complaints to BT services just results in the receipt of phone calls from a call centre on my answer machine in a dialect I can't understand and an 0800 phone number to call that is not recognized :evil:
