BriMarc, what's the story?

I've noticed for a while now the little ad on the banner but i got a small catalog with F&C and it looks very similar to Axminster. Is it? I looked through the catalog and i can't spot the difference. So why even bother opening a new store the same as Axminster. Is there some background info that make it make sense?

Brimarc and Axminster were two separate companies, Brimarc being the distributor. But Axminster bought Brimarc fairly recently. You still can't buy direct from Brimarch though.
