BRASS DOOR PLAQUE

Hi all. Got this on the flea market in Longsight
(Dickinson Road Market) It only cost £3.00
Had to get it as I live just down the road and it will look good
bolted to my shed wall... :lol:
Has any member seen or ever been in this builders. Have looked on web
but no luck..Also I asked around and none of my friends remember it

Are you sure its a door plaque, it looks like a plate that goes over a floor mounted door closer.

You know you could be right have seen that type in the town hall..
Mate said this morning it might have gone just under the door
handle...but the top of it is to raw for that.. :?

We had loads at work in a listed building its being "refurbished" so I bet they are all gone

Hi Pete, Bet they have all been melted down along with all the
hinges and handles....
Will just polish it and screw it just under the handle on shed.
Still I have lived round here for 50 years and have never heard
of the place...A real strange one :?:
I have noticed the skyline changing as you head into Manchester
Piccadilly....
