Normally I'm not keen on buying cheap tools as they're often a bit naff. But this has been the one revalation. Pretty simple bit of kit, so you'd hope it'd not be too hard to stuff up. Titan 5kg SDS drill. I've used it for so much stuff. Multiple 6" holes in various walls for ducting. Broken up a 20m long concrete path. Broken up a shed base. Knocked down a outdoors loo and coalshed. You can put a hole in anything with it. Admittedly if it's above chest height you can't use it (well I don't risk it). It's lasted for way longer than I ever thought. Great piece of kit.

Japanese folding pocket saw from Axminster -just so handy, especially with the variety of blades. Also 16"x21" plastic mailing bags - perfect size for a 9" roller and tray.
