I have a Bernardo planer/thicknesser. The 1st one was an ADM260, cheap thing made in China it was out of whack, definitely not good enough. Tables were off etc. I upgraded to a bigger one that was still made in Europe, much better. so I'd say it depends on machine-by-machine, so inspect the machine very carefully before committing to it. They have had quality variations, especially on the smaller/cheaper machines.
