Bandsaw blades

Hi folks, could someone please advise me on which blade/blades would be good to cut bandsaw boxes with. I think my small record bandsaw has a 9-10mm blade on it ,but i think a 5-6mm may be better for doing the small curves , what do you folks think & what make , type , supplier would you suggest. Forgot to mention its 1790mm/ 70.5 inches long & yes i am talking about the blade , thanks Tony
