No experience at all but it looks like a lot of saw for the money. It would seem to be definitely worth a very good look.
Mention in the Axminster write-up of the possibilty to lock the rip fence fore and aft makes me wonder if it is actually necessary to prevent movement which would bespeak a rather poor fence. In similar vein I would try to ascertain how well the crosscutting arrangements (sliding table, fence etc) hold square.
If you get a chance to look one over carefully, check arbor run out with a dial gauge
