nice tool!! I had an old record a little while ago and was quite fun to use it, requires a certain technique though.

Ebay can be great for bargains (see my chisel thread). Maybe we can have a 'Look what ebay bargain i've scored' sticky :)
 
Just used it - and on a real (= paying) project too. It worked straight out of the box, looks like the privious owner used it and looked after it, I didn't even have to sharpen the cutter.

Not bad for under thirty quid, I reckon. :gloat:

Agree about eBay, although Royal Mail have put the 'kybosh' on a lot of it, with their new scale of postal charges.
I am currently looking to bid on some woodwork tools, and at the moment, the postage is more than the present bid!

Maybe I'll get lucky this time?
