Hi all been a while since signing in I got reminded this morning by Hughie he just lives in the next suburb and drops over sometimes for a chinwag and to show me his latest fancy tools and I get to try them out. :mrgreen:
I have been busy even tho its darn cold with wind blowing off the Snowy Mnts yeh yeh I am a Pom should be still handling it well age and 50yrs here has softened me a tad. 16 yrs of driving down there was fun tho.
Ok enough prattle down to business.
A neighbour requested a 3 tier cake stand about Christmas time, jokingly I said it'll take 6 mnths #-o well it did.
Oh why call this thread One Of Two well I have just been asked to make yet another same as for another fellow a Flying Dr wo' into woodwork but not turning it will be made with Huon Pine.
This is it broken down
3 tier base 18" centre 14" top 10" 6" columns
The whole set up can be arranged in a number of ways as the lady is an entertainer type person and it will be well used I am told.
