    yes we had a router repaired and they rebuilt it incorrectly, came back so the spindle could not be locked properly.

    If you only want it slightly darker, then I would leave it alone, it will mellow and tone down naturally over the first 6 months.

    Aluminium channel

    Hi, looking for some help to source some aluminium u shaped channel, for a project coming up. The dimensions are 76mm wide x 25mm high both sides, 3mm thick. I need about 400 metres of it. The cheapest I have found is £12 for 2.5 metres. Anyone know of a reliable source where it may be cheaper.

    It's about what its like in 5 years time, my guess is it will be inaccurate, bearings worn and tilt and rise and fall mechanism's clogged with dust. But you seem happy to buy one a year. :lol:
