Any idea what he app is called?

i have recently tried decal paper. this comes in A4 sheets which you can print on with ink jet printers. i have printed logos/characters/emblems and what ever writing in what ever font/size/shape is required. You put it onto the finished bare wood [as you would onto a toy car for example]...

I was asked to make a dip pen with an ink well. As you can see from picture, I used a tea light holder for the ink, set into a wooden base (yew), with a removable lid. Any thoughts how else to do this to stop ink drying out. A bottle with a plastic lid was out of the question!

i had never turned elm before. quite hard and blunts tools quickly. beautiful grain. bowl is 8" x 3", finished with several coats of linseed oil

Before using pot permanganate , put Vaseline on toe nails or else they will turn black, also do not do on kitchen floor or will stain tiles permanently. I was relegated to garage with basin of water to steep my feet. Worked a treat
