How time changes, what I used to do tri' weekly, became something I'd try weekly, now it's just a case of try weakly....

Belated birthday wishes Stig - boy do I wish I was as young as 41 again!
Back then I pretty much didn't have a care in the world - married, full time employed and no health issues, and tbh its only in the latter 10 or so that things seem to have gone a little awry...
Enjoy life to the full and many happy returnings!

My 40th is memorable for a lousy reason....I woke with chickenpox!
I'd felt a bit rubbish for a couple of days before, but had no idea what was to turn up.
I only found out years later how dangerous it can be for adults....

75 and I can still stand on one leg and put my left sock on with the help of a wall, but the right sock is impossible without a couple of goes, I bought my other half (70) one of those sock assist, looks like a bit of guttering with ropes, she uses it every day.
