Hello, anyone any thoughts or experience on what sort of loading I can put on my workshop base. I have a 7.5 x 4m 200mm reinforced concrete base,.. originally I was going to go SIPs and clad in composite,.. but never been 100% on that ( seems that for Scotland, brick and slate etc. Is more durable... also maybe easier for a 1 man job )
I'd have done a deeper strip foundation around the edges in hindsight, but the 8" slab is what I have now.
Any issue with concrete blocks.. single skin with piers ? 2.4m wall with timber roof etc. On top.
