Woodworking Course/Workshop near Durham

I am looking for a Beginner's Woodworking course around Durham or the Northeast of England to cover the basics of woodworking. Any help/suggestions would be welcomed.

Thank you for your reply. I was looking more in the region of Durham/Newcastle due to work commitments during the week. However, I usually have more time/energy to travel further afield during major holidays like Christmas. I have looked at your website and am interested in your woodwork taster on 29 Dec as I am a complete beginner. Have you still got any spaces left please ? Thanks.

Have you looked into what courses the local colleges offer? There may be something of interest/ useful there?
