Wood ID please - is this quarter-sawn oak?

Hi,

could someone who knows more about hardwood than me (you could hardly know less) please confirm my suspicion that the board in the pictures is quarter-sawn oak?

It's been in the loft workshop for at least 20 years - I can't even remember how I came by it, though I suspect I dismantled a piece of discarded furniture at some stage. Since there are several boards like this, but longer, it would be nice to know what I've got.
