Hi all.

As I am still working on my shed I have not gained any knowledge of finishes. So here's the question.
What finish would be best suited for a small window sill by the front door?

I would prefer to use oil or wax, or even a combination of the two. Rather not use varnish.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Internal or External?

Internal? You guessed it, Osmo Poly X. It really really is a good, easy to apply, hard wearing finish. Really. :D

Lots of places online Gary, just google it. I don't recall where I got mine.

Yeh we've been running a test on OSMO UV Protection Oil Extra Clear Satin/Matt and are very impressed by it, so much so we're now stocking it and recommending it as the only clear finish which will prevent wood from greying. It really has amazed us how good it is.

Small sample pots are available.
