Which saw/planer/thiscknesser for 2k

Hello all, some advice please

After finding out today that Rutlands cannot supply either the fox 10" saw bench, or the 10" P/T fo ages (a mistake they say - shouldn't be advertised), I am a little stuck.

Anyway, have a maximum of 2k burning a hole :twisted: , space is no issue so can go for seperate planer and thicknesser.

Any ideas?

Be sure you want separates before going that route.

Meanwhile look at the Sedgwick if you like cast-iron

I have made the decision to go down the separate P/T route with a Makita 2012NB thicknesser 349 inc vat and I am going to get the Jet jointer. Added to that I'm going to get the Jet SS250 tablesaw. If you add a touch to your 2k you can have the 1.4 sliding table.
