Hi

I would like to for ask advice as to which combination would be better. The Fox looks good 10 * 5. My concern is with these M/Cs like the Woodstar, is the jointing side. However this is a bigger Fox and its has a much better fence. However, I do no know how easy or accurately the jointing adjustments can be made. I am beginner like to get off on the right foot as it where.

  • THE FOX F22-564-250 10" PLANER THICKNESSER

as opposed to specialist jointer less capacity but may be better jointing accuracy and reliability

  • SIP 6" Planer Jointer
    12-13 Axminister Thicknesser

You help would be much appreciated

Dont waste your money on the fox model. i had 2 of those. The first one sheered the cog which drove the infeed roller after a week. When the second one arrived i looked at the beds and didn't even take it out the box as i could see they were really cheesed. No way of fettle them. I have a few other fox machines that have all been fine.
