Which makes and models would fit this specification?
Sliding table, 30mm spindle shaft diameter, usable spindle shaft height of 120mm, 7.5HP 3 phase motor, spindle speed 3500 RPM - 9000 RPM, 220mm hole diameter in table, 240mm diameter inside the hood with clear vertical access.

Probably any S/M with a motor that size would fit the bill. Felder/ Hammer and such if you have deeper pockets,
otherwise old cast iron machines and a bit of elbow grease...
